The annual gathering of the property world every spring in Cannes is an event that no UK city worth its salt would think of missing.

It's where each city or region sets its stall out to convey its ambition, its character and the detail of its future plans, in the hoping of inspiring confidence — and investment — from the international development community. For the 2015 event, Hemisphere developed Head. Heart. Hands, a publication detailing the transformation fo the city over the last 25 years and the exciting projects and developments that are in place for its future.

The concept for the publication was inspired by the way that the city has deliberately nurtured a mix of productivity, innovation and creativity to drive its economic development. As well as copywriting and editing the brochure content, Hemisphere commissioned and art directed a selection of new city photography to bring the publication alive.
