Bruntwood is unusual amongst many commercial companies in that every year it gives 10% of its annual profits to good causes across the arts, culture, enviroment and community sectors.

This stems from the founding belief that any commercial company can only be successful if the community it operates in is successful too. Hence the need to give something back and play an active role in leading that local community to even greater success.

The report was aimed at both staff and external stakeholders, providing a record of the work the company does across a wide range of issues, from funding environmental research on the impacts of climate change in cities, to the staff volunteer programme that aims to improve child literacy rates. From photography commissioning and copywriting to design and project management, Hemisphere handled the entire project from start to finish.
