Hemisphere was tasked with investigating how the business was perceived, both internally and externally, in order to reaffirm the company's purpose and values and prepare it for future growth. The resulting brand positioning of 'creating places for business sucess' is now being used to inform not just the company's communications and behaviours, but is also helping to drive a more customer-focussed approach to business across all its product areas.
The first implementation of the refreshed brand positioning was the company's 2010 annual report, setting out the company's philosophy and approach to business, as well as its financial results. The brand roll-out has included applying the new look, feel and tone of voice across all marketing collateral as well as building signage and the company's relaunched website.
